Our Commitment

Every piece from The Meticulous Puffin is handcrafted to order and carefully inspected prior to shipment. We stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not produced to specification, we will replace it.

 

Replacement Eligibility

We will provide a replacement if:

• The item arrives damaged in transit

• There is a verified printing defect

• The frame or material is structurally flawed

• The finished product does not match the confirmed order specifications

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.

 

Custom Orders

Because each item is custom made to your uploaded image and selected specifications:

• All custom products are final sale

• We do not accept returns for change of mind

• We do not accept returns for image quality issues, low-resolution uploads, or customer-selected cropping

Please review your preview carefully before placing your order.

 

Resolution

If your claim qualifies, we will produce and ship a replacement at no cost.

We reserve the right to determine whether replacement or alternative resolution is appropriate based on the issue reported.
